    Re: lovepedal eternity

Have tried the cot50 and the Karl, plus the Belive....those are awesome pedals, and I mean aweseome!
And from the clips I have heard with the overdrive it sounds everybit as good as the rest!
    They make topnotch stuff.

      Re: lovepedal eternity

I'm thinking of either the Lovepedal Eternity or the Proanalog Dual Drive. I've talked with both the guys (Scotty and Sean), and they both are very knowledgeable. Forum chatter on both is really positive. Neither is cheap ($239 for the Lovepedal and $300 for the Proanalog). I'm also kinda interested in the Black Beauty. Tried the Karl and did an HC review. Awesome! I'd like to buy pretty much everything Sean makes (that's my problem!).

BTW, how would you describe the COT50? Is it capable of high gain? Does the high end stay smooth? Bass nice & tight?

      Thanks,
      Randy

The COT is more like a slightly clipping Marshall, very vintage and good on the ears.
It is open but it is not piercing uncomfy, it has that nice topend.
It has that old uncompressed big sound, it does that Hey Joe crunch, I want one badly....those guys has great ears for thetone from back then, if you ask me.
Lol nothing to do but buy it all
