  • Floyd Rose nut height

I'm in the process of selling my Razorback and setting it up. The action has always been low since I bought it from the previous owner, and while I know the adjustment comes from the bridge, I was looking at the nut and got worried that it's too low. what do you think?

if it doesn't buzz or bottom out on open strings then dont sweat it. YOu can also buy shims if you need to raise it

If you can hold the string down between the 2nd & 3rd frets and there is clearance above the first fret, then it's fine. It doesn't need to be much more than a sheet of paper though.

Nut height on my EBMM Axis has the string ~0.020" above the first fret.
