good set of headphones?

I just bought a POD 2.0 amp modeler to use while I'm temporarily living in an apartment, and was wondering what you folks think are good headphones to use? I'm not looking to spend much over $50, but I'm looking to get the best bang for my buck.
Any suggestions?

if you really want to save cash i have these http://www.overstock.com/cgi-bin/d2....ID=524303&fp=F which i'm verry happy with for use with my pod xt. while no where near as good as Sennheisner they work pretty well for me and are real cheap.
