    Double Cream and lose the ring covers.

      I would go with a covered set myself. But I have a few guitars with mismatched pickup colors and they sound fine so I stop there. Either way good luck, that's a very nice looking guitar.

                Zebra looks the best to me out of the options you've provided, but I honestly think a nickel cover would look the best.
