Neck replacement q..

hey - had a truss rod snap on one of my guitars

thing is, it was a 22 fret neck. do i need to find another 22-fret neck, or what sort of compensation would a 21 fret neck need before it would fit properly?

Depends...

What kind of axe was it? Strat style? Then you should be able to grab just about any 21 or 22 fret neck off eBay

On a tele, the heel is square. Strat necks will fit fine, but won´t look quite right.

On anything else: Depends on the axe
