Floyd locking nut width

Hey guys,
I'm looking at this neck for a partscaster I'm working on

It says that it's routed for a 42 mm r2 nut, but would I be able to put on a 43 mm r3 nut without any modifications to the neck?

It depends, some necks allow that and some don't. Honestly I couldn't tell you without better pics, or having it in front of me.
I would message the eBay seller and ask him, because I believe he is the one who made it.
