Problem with my new American Pro Jazzmaster tremolo system

Hi,
Just bought a new Jazzmaster and the tremolo arm hole is really really loose and I can't even screw the arm in. Is there an easy fix I can do or should I just return it to the store?

Neither of the aftermarket authentic Fender JM style trem setups I bought have screw-in arms.

You might have a strat arm

The AM Pro gets a screw in arm. You might want to make sure you got the right arm. Buy local or online?
