  • Routing ASAT tribute for humbucker neck

I have a phat cat pickup that I attempted to put in my les paul, then I learned my les paul had 4 conductor quick adapters. In the end, I gave up. Now I have a phat cat sitting around. However, I also have an ASAT classic tribute guitar, made in Indonesia, with two single coils laying around. I've been itching to get some p90 tone in there... The question becomes, is it worth it to route out my ASAT classic to fit a humbucker?

It would be easier to put the PC in the LP I'd say.

This depends. If you are just after the tone, the Stra-Bro is a single coil-size pickup with a P90 tone.
