With the same problem, no sound from the bridge pup in the middle position. Last time I rewired the 3 way switch and it worked fine, but it's back with the same problem 2 weeks later. I did a continuity test on the switch and get good results in each position. I cant seem to find an exact diagram for this model ASAT classic. Could it still be a bad switch?? Wiring? Pot's? Caps? Treble bleed? Pup's? Advice on where to look first....

You tested the switch and it is good. Obviously your pup is good. Therefore your wiring/soldering are to blame. As Ehd said, send some clear pics showing all wires especially the connections and we can figure it out for you.Originally Posted by IanBallard
