You can do that quite well yourself but it is a LOT of work. Turtlewax won't do a lot on scratches this deep, so I'd recommend you look at other materials.

get that. no more need for wetsanding (wetsanding... yuck). You might have to fill the biggest dents with superglue, get #20 from stewmac as well.
Then, polish. Use menzerna 300, then 400 and then 3500 to get a super high gloss. If you have a random orbital sander, use:
