      I am well aware, I fully expect it to age and wear fairly quickly.

                            When sanding the top, does the binding need any special treatment?

                            Do you have to scrape the binding before sealing, or did the dye you used just wipe off?

                                I didn’t give it any special consideration other than making sure I didn’t round over the edges. When the dye was dry I did scrape the binding, it would not have just wiped off. Hope that helps
