  • Bigsby mod...

Though I'd share my latest mod. Finally got Bigsby'd but I did'nt like the flat crowbar stick. I reshaped it thinner, but it still was'nt there yet. I asked my bud who made the killer SS knurled knobs with the indicator dots and matching switch tip to fab a G&L type smooth rod wiggle stick. He fabbed the round 'swivel' to fit the Bigs and sent a straight rod for me to cut and bend to my likes. It's awesome now, much more sensitive and longer, right where I want it. I dabbed some Nut Sauce on and it's rockin' now.

            Re: Bigsby mod...

Thanks guys. I can do the Niel Young and Springsteen shake as well as finger tip dips...it's really kool, I may try it out on my next gig.Yeah John, that's the same relic'd Esquire. I also swapped in threaded brass saddles which you really need with the Bigs if you go with stock bridge.
hehe...here's yer nut sauce Ken...I've only heard good about it, so for 10 bucks, I'll try it. The Bigs slightly went off pitch, I'm guessing after saucing the nut, saddles, string tree and roller bar, this thing will be slick as snot. Also sauced all my other guitars nuts...hehe

Very cool guitar and as I've said before "real men use Bigsbys".
