Floyd Royce Locking Plate

I have and Ibanex RG and a Floyd Royce that I want to lock down. It a real pain in the a** to try different tunings and not have to set it up every time. I thought that I might be able to purchase one but I am not sure. Any suggestions would be helpful. Even if I need to figure out how to make on myself? that would be fine. Just need to know that if I lock it does it have to be level with the body or what? Ibanez 240 DX 1996 thanks I wish it was an LP
