  • Need a Wah pedal (and am asking in the right room!)

So, I'm not loving my vintage Crybaby for the stage.

The Fuzz switch gets hit, It's heavy, it's old (pot needs cleaned…)…

I'd really like a Wah that meets the following criteria:

#1 Has an on/off light-indicator of some sort
#2 Has a solid generic wah tone
#3 if it has other way modes, that's a bonus, but I don't want any easily bumped/moved knobs switches etc.

The Wilson Signature Wah ticks all of those boxes. It's available with an indicator LED and it's tuned out of the box to replicate the Vox Clyde McCoy sound. As a bonus it has four trim pots inside which can be used to fine tune the sound so there's no external knobs or switches to worry about.

+1 on Wilson. I have the Rippah Q and it does everything from Hendrix to Shaft. However, the side knobs do get moved around in transport so the Signature model might be more to your liking.
