Just bought a used Rotovibe on eBay.

Can't wait for that thing to come in. I've wanted one for years but could never afford them and never saw used ones until they were discontinued and prices rose.

Discovered last night Dunlop started making them again and took to eBay. Found a used one for $106 U.S. Plus $45 shipping.

Are these kind of the mid point between a Uni-Vibe and a Phase 90?

I think so but not so familiar with the phase 90 sound as I am with Univibe. It's a rotary speaker sim style pedal. It does sound a lot like a Univibe or a subtle phase shifter but it's built into a wah housing. The side switch controls Chorus vs Vibrato, treadle controls rate and the knob on the side controls depth. Dunlop seems to issue them every few years then discontinue them for a few.
