Deja Vu fried DC power input with AC .Help!

Hi. I have fried my Deja Vu pedal by plugging in the AC power supply from a SD Twin Tube pedal. My tech has it apart and has asked if anyone has got a Deja Vu can they look inside and tell what the Integrated Circuit U7 is named?
It is an 8 pin dual in line (dil) surface mount device (smd).Two IC’s with the exact same size/profile on the board are U5 which is a TL062C and U1 which is a 22621.
All other IC’s on the board do not fit that profile.Also if any one has a schematic for the Deja Vu that would be real helpful. Thanks!

PM frankfalbo. He was the former product manager and knows that pedal.
He's helped people with the exact same issue before.
