I have a Hughes & Kettner Tube Factor and it produces no sound when powered on and hooked up to a guitar and amp. First thing I noticed was that the wall wart was not outputting any voltage. The wall warts output is rated 12v-AC/700ma. I checked it for shorts and I get no continuity on both the pri and sec sides. I found another wall wart rated 12v-AC 1A and tried that. The Tube Factor powers on but I get no sound. I opened up the box and I get continuity across the positive and negative terminals on the circut board. I checked some diodes on the board and seems fine. I dont see any physical damage or signs of issues. Any idea what should be checked here?
