I have only tried the Daddy O, which was harsh and abrasive to me. However, the small Surf & Turf Compressor is remarkable, and supposedly a clone of old Ross compressors.

No need to get defensive, glad they are working for you, I am merely suggesting to fortify the switching if you want to stomp on them often for gigs -many of their pedals us a very cheap SMD/SMT mounted tactile switching which depend on a rubber bumper to make contact from the switch above - instead of case surface mounted quality switch with wire leads feeding the components. This is tactile switching method is not a high cycle rated method -thus my suggestion .
