Hey everyone!
I recently bought a mighty mite pickguard with pickups and switches ready wired for a project strat. All that needs doing is the connections to ground and to the output jack, sounds simple BUT...
Coming from the volume pot are 3 loose wires.
1.) live and ground, needs to be soldered to the output jack
2.) Ground wire, needs to be soldered to the bridge claw
3.) Black wire, on the end of this wire is a piece of metal shaped like a loop. No idea what this is for or where it goes! I wondered if it coud be a second ground wire or something because it is the same colour as the ground wire (black)
Any ideas?
Thanks in advance.
