pup wiring schematic help

Hi people im just a newbie and this is the first time that i will change my pups i want to replace the stock pups on my strat it has s/s/h 5way lever switch config i want to put a coolrails in the neck, vintagerails in middle and full size JB at bridge with coiltap, I want to do it myself but i dont know which wire goes to where? can anybody post a schematic that i could follow, and what is the ideal tone and volume pot to use a 250k or 500k pot?
