Hi all, I have a Les Paul with a Dimarzio Air Norton in the neck and Steve's special in the bridge. I was thinking of swapping out the Steve's special with a Seymour Duncan JB. Will it match and sound right?

It'll work, but if you wire them according to each company's respective literature, you will run into phase issues. Just wire one pickup backwards (hot to ground & ground to switch) and you'll be fine.
