how much stronger/higher in output should a bridge humbucker be than a neck single coil?

should it be like 2k or 5k higher in resistance, or something like 200 mV higher in output? if you know of a good ratio that works, please let me know!

im thinking of something to match a paf pro in the bridge, and im looking for a true single coil sound, but with no hum.

    advice is appreciated. thanks!

i think for a low output combo 1k to 3k difference is about right, for hotter combos i think that you can go much higher. a sh1n is ~7.5k a sh6b is ~16.5k and thats a very popular combo and is 9k different. id say a pair of classic or hot stacks might be good choices
