        John Fogherty uses them heaps in a les paul on his premonition live studio recording video and they sound amazing!

            didnt we determine (from web links) that david gilmour used a p90 equipped les paul for the 'comfortably numb' or 'brick in the wall' or some other famous solo ? .. i remember the shock and awe among those (myself included) who wouldve sworn on our worn out copy of 'the wall' that it was a strat

              Neal Schon during his Santana days used a Les Paul with P-90s. I belive it was a gold top; maybe even a '56 model.

                Oh yeah, and Neal also used a black Les Paul Pro. This one had a P-90 in the neck, and DiMarzio X2N in the bridge and a Floyd Rose trem.
