  • FENDER Fat Strat ~ What bridge pickup shall I choose?

I am looking for somthing old skool! Somthing Glam Rock style with that real nice tone!! If not that, then Black Sabbath's Tony Iommi sort of tone! What would you recommend? Are any Seymour Duncans right for me?

If you just read a post by The Guy Who Invented Fire please understand that opinions change, mind sets change and as players our ears mature...not to mention our needs grow and change. With that in mind, today I may or may not agree with the post you just read!

On this forum, in particular, you usually end up with two camps for any given idea - 50% will say one thing and 50% will say the other.
                  Personally, I dislike the Custom.
                  I vote for the JB!!

                      Choice made! JB it is!

As I have a fender fat strat I have 2 singles coils and 1 humbucker!

I will have a JB bridge humbucker and now I want a middle and neck single coil. I have no idea what to choose! Obviously not having much experience with pickups I cant really decide. I was hoping someone would recommend!

                      Anyone here tried a duckbucker?
