I use a Tele bridge Hot Rail and a Cool Rails in the neck of my #2 Tele. The Cool Rails in the neck is okay but doesn't seem to have enough low end for my taste. My #1 Tele has a full size 59 in the neck slot and has spoiled me for anything else. I've tried a Hot Rails in the neck position of a Strat and was very impressed with the sound. The nice thing about the Hot Rails pickups is that when you lower the volume knob 1\4 down you'll end up with the best quiet single coil sound.

Wixom on here actually has a Hot Rails in the neck of his tele and I assume its a Strat Hot Rails in the neck. Not sure if it's a bridge or neck HR in the neck though. Might be worth a shot.
