How does one go about removing slugs from a humbucker?

    I found the invader style screws on McMaster.com, item number 91255A265
    For them to fit, they can only be 1/2 inch long, because the holes on the base plate aren't wide enough to for them to protrude through.

      Or you can use spacers under the magnet and coils. I have a set of Invader screws that I'm not using by the way.
