Coloured 7 string Pick ups?

Does Seymour ever release coloured 7 string PUPs? I already ordered my 7 string PUPs so it doesn't quite matter at this point, but they were only available in black where I ordered them. Is this a universal thing? I think white would have been really good looking in my black guitar :3

Also, is there a way to "colour" pickups? are there casings? is it unconventional to paint them/would this damage them/look like crap/etc.

The only one I know is DiMarzios (possibly PAF Pro) in Steve Vai's Universe. They are hot green, and maybe pink too. Check out jemsite.com

SD have recently been advertising pickups in different colours, if you check the main site or the blog, you should be able find them advertised there. I don't know whether they would necessarily be stock items at any point, but any authorised SD dealer ought to be able to order them for you.
