Phat Cat Neck + Custom Custom Bridge Wiring Question

Hi,

I have a Phat Cat Neck + Custom Custom Bridge combo.

Since I read that a Phat Cat Neck is north-oriented,

I was wondering if I could get both pickups in-phase and hum-cancelling just by swapping the green and black leads on the Custom Custom?

Any input would be appreciated.
