chris white is my pickup winder person. i'm extremely happy with his P90s, so i figured i'd have him build the bridge pickup for the semi-hollow jaguar/tele hybrid i built.

Yea i still need to switch out the 500k pot for a 250k and glue down the base plate.

The guitar is a semi-hollow jaguarish thing with a tele bridge, bubinga/quilted maple body, maple/ebony fretboard.

very resonant without being loose. as much as it's chambered, it's still on the heavier side of guitars. i'm not making a body out of bubinga again for that reason. although it sounds great, it's a ***** to work with.

I would like to try a A8 Quarter Pounder. The QP is too dark with a 250k pot and too bright and raw with a 500K pot. I would hope that A8's would beef it up across the board and tame the treble.

i'm sure it would be nice. this one, however, definitely needs a 250k pot. i'm also thinking about wax potting it or just removing the base plate.
