I dont know the dd/c8 but i do know it with the fullshred in stead of the custom.with an alnico8 of course. Full shred coil is a custom coil with hex polepiece.
Sounds amazing. One of my favorite high gain pickups. Grit and tight and airy with sick harmonics. Less fluid than jb but that works great in a les paul. The best high gainer hands down is the patb 1 2 alnico 8 hybrid. In neck and bridge. More organic and defined and less harsh and more airy than dd fs8. In the neck its so amazingly clear.Comment
