    Yes. It's 14.5k, and the PG+ is less than 9k.... 8.6 IIRC

      i mean relatively loud enough to balance with a single-sized bucker or hot strat pickups, in the context of airzone (which can get very close to strings) vs custom8.
      a p90 has less DC resistance than most bridge humbuckers, but a p90 in the neck can still be way louder than them. an A5 P90 and a super distortion make a good example of this.
      another comparison would be screamin demon in the neck (10K and A5) and a custom in the bridge (14K-ish, ceramic); the demon shouts it down.

        Thanks for the comments guys. I think I will start with an SH-5 and maybe change out magnets from there. I have always loved the SH-5. I think it will give me the clarity the AZ doesn't; plus a little more beef.
