Lipstick pickups? Danelectro Content

Hello,

Could anyone tell me if the Seymour Duncan Danelectro replacement pickups work with the Danelectro 12 string Reissue guitars? Wanted to check for sure since I just purchased one and am considering upgrading it with a set of the SDs.

Also has anyone made this upgrade? If so I would love to hear some opinions on if it's a worth while upgrade tone wise, as I will mainly be using this guitar just for textural tracks in the studio.

They should fit with no issues but to be fair and clear the Dano reissues do change every now and then so there is a small chance of an issue but based on what I know you'll be more than fine.

As to the other question...What is the age and model of the Dano 12 you have coming??
