Let's get weird! I have a Five-Two neck that I love and plan on keeping, a 4-way pickup selector and currently a Hot Lead Stack in the bridge. My plan is to:
Rout out and directly mount a p-rail in the bridge position such that the bar for the rails is in the same position as the HLS currently. Going to saw off the current bridge to allow for this, should be super straightforward and am not concerned with aesthetics or "how a Tele is supposed to look." It's just a Squire body, I'm not worried.
Go to a single 300k volume pot, keep the 4-way pickup selector and replace the tone pot with a 4-way rotary switch to get rails/P90/series/parallel on the P-rails.
