Hi guys, I know, a DiMarzio question....sorry. Has anyone ever try doing the spin split using the middle tone knob on a strat using stacked hums. The idea is the bridge hs3 wired to the bottom tone pot as normal but use the other tone to allow the neck and bridge pickup to be run in single coil mode when required? So with the middle tone on 10 both pickups would be in humbucking mode as normal when either selected on the 5 way and with the tone on 0 both would be in single coil mode when selected. I hope that makes sense :S
