Help: Converting HH Strat tone pots to spin-a-split pots.

I'm not savvy enough at wiring to figure out the schematic for it, but if I have a diagram I can solder it like the diagram. I have a HH Strat with a 5 way (with inactive 2 and 4 positions) and the pickups (Jazz and Screaming Demon) are 4 wires each. I want the tone knobs to be spin-a-split knobs instead. Anyone both able and willing to help me out?

As you turn the tone control knob, it sends more and more of one coil to ground. You can dial in as much of that coil as you want, or none at all.
