Has anyone tried a Seth or a PG from Custom Shop wound up to like 9.2 and splitable? How did you like em? Thinking of goin this route on a new Bridge rather than a Lollar High wind. Like both [PG & Seth] as is but want more out put.

It sounds like you really want a 78/EVH...having tried an EVH and being a long time user of the PG I'd say they are very much in the same ballpark save for the 78 being wound a tad hotter.If you just read a post by The Guy Who Invented Fire please understand that opinions change, mind sets change and as players our ears mature...not to mention our needs grow and change. With that in mind, today I may or may not agree with the post you just read!
