HSH pickup suggestion?

I have a semi-hollow PRS-like guitar with 2 Seth Lovers and would like a single coil pickup in the middle. Any recommendations?

The guitar has a rosewood fingerboard, mahogany neck and body and a maple cap on the body with 2 f-holes.

I am looking for a clean sound for blues and Jazz. I was thinking of using the wiring where there is a 5-way switch and positions 2 and 4 automatically coil-split the Seth Lovers.

Advice?

I am a big fan of the SSL-5 pickups. I have them in a HHS Strat. Plenty of output to balance with the HBs and still retain the "strat" sound. Not sure exactly how they would sound in a Mahogany/Maple Cap semi, but in a strat they kick...
