  • WHite Blackouts, Mismatched Color?

I just rebuild/refinished this guitar and chose Blackouts:

I got a humbucker blackout and a single coil blackout from the same supplier, a Duncan dealer, on ebay. The single coil is like an off white:

Is this normal. Anything to remedy this?

That guitar looks awesome and so do the pickups. I'm sorry the color is off on one of 'em.... I can't personally think of a solution, but I do think you came to the right place.

Eventually, the humbucker will be the same off white color so it's not a big deal.

When you are on stage, bot Mr Seumour Duncan himself will be able to say that there is a colour diff between the two.

I know it is your money, and your guitar and you want it to be 'perfect' . . . bit i would just live with it.
