  • About to wire up 3 humbucker guitar. Want to make sure I do it right....

So It's going to have an X2N in the bridge and a Fast Track in the middle. Neck pickup is staying stock (Ibanez) for now.

For the best sound... Should I split the X2N and Fast Track in the notch position and run them parallel?

If so, will this be somewhat easy for me?

Yeah, and I couldn't find one that matched what I wanted. I will go through it again diagram by diagram and see if I can find one that suits me.

That's what I want, but that's with a special DiMarzio switch. It does tell me which colors go together, so using that and the way the guitar is currently wired as a guide, I may be able to figure it out now.
