I'm glad you're up and running! Anyone you talk with or email here at Seymour Duncan is a player and all of us were using Seymour Duncan before we even started here so it's very personal to us when someone isn't perfect.

Great post,one of the reasons I will be getting Blackouts for Metal,since Seymour Duncan really stands behind their products(I am not an experienced guitar player,but am always looking to make things sound better)

I am not an active guy - but I really love my Blackout. And it is way more flexible if you really use the volume control.
