You know what's crazy?

I just needed a thread title to tie into the fact that I'm giving the Crazy 8 another shot in my Les Paul. I've been pretty happy with the Custom 8, but a bit of recording made it sound a hair mushy. Chords don't sing out like they should, so I'm giving something that I remember sounding a little more clinical a try. I also need a touch more top end, and I think the low-mid focus of the Custom 8 may just be too much one way while the stock Custom may be too far the other.

But it's crazy to put it in after your kids go to bed.
