Recently fitted a Little 59 in my Esquire, I thought I would make it more versatile by adding a push/push on the tone and wiring it series/parallel. This has worked well in so much as I like the 2 different tones a lot. The problem I have now is that the parallel setting is bright and the series setting is much darker, it obviously doesn't come as much of a surprise that the series , humbucker setting would be darker and the more single coil like, parallel setting brighter but the difference is more noticeable and harder to manage than I thought it would be. Is there anything I can do with the wiring to help even out the 2 different tones?
