    I'm a big proponent of the jazz like MRID. It is articulate and very versatile when you use your tone knob. I leave mine set on about 5 and it's great. My bass player once said (I know you guys are tired of hearing this) "that is what a neck humbucker is supposed to sound like". I haven't tried an A2P in the neck only in the bridge and in conjunction with the jazz.
