Im looking to get new pickups for my ibanez rg550xh and is an HS basswood body and a rosewood fret board now i already know i want a jb sh-4 in the bridge but im having trouble finding a pickup for the neck i want something clear and bright for the cleans but also works well with high gain metal stuff but the goal is to have the neck sound softer and more vocal and the bridge to sound really aggressive without losing clarity

I'd go with a Full Shred Neck model (SH-10N) or a Jazz neck model (SH-2N) -

Black Winter set- Probably my favourite SD Pickup Combo.
What you are describing sounds an awful lot like an Evo set. However I hate soldering Dimarzios, so I would go for the Black winters. Really articulate, and respond well to volume changes.
