    Sheptone Blue Sky pickups

    What do people think of this pickup? I found few results with the search function. Not a tone of info when I check Google. I'm not going for Betts' tone, but I want something with a bit of clang and faster attack than the Seth Lovers in my SG.

    Shep recommended the AB Custom set, but I think they might be too hot/full in the mids. I'm not sure if the Tributes will be much different than my Seth Lovers.

    I'm also thinking about the Heartbreaker set. Everyone demos them in a Les Paul. Wondering how they will sound in an SG.

    I asked a question about the a/b custom pickups here a while back, never got any responses. I'd love to try a set someday.
    Hard Rock - gain on 5 - singing about good times.

      swap the a2 magnet out of your seth to an a5 of some sort depending on how far you want to go or even a4.

      ive never heard those sheptone so cant comment on them
