  • Wiring help please.

Can anyone please help me with a diagram ?

I need to replace the 5 way in my Anderson and I've finally got a switch with a longer blade to reach through the guitar's top ( its rear routed )
My problem is that it's a Super switch and I don't understand them..
The guitar has a Custom Shop JB and 2x Antiquity singles.
To get the phasing right, the RWRP is in the neck position and the neck is in the middle.
    Works great.

I have the usual HSS wiring, single vol and tone pots and the hum autosplits in pos 2.
I also have a mini switch to coil split the JB.

Can a Superswitch be wired for my straight forward setup ?
    I appreciate your help.

    Re: Wiring help please.

It can, but where has a normal selector automatically combines B+M and M+N in the 2 and 4 position, the super switch has five discrete positions, so you have to manually wire it so that positions 2 and 4 will be combinations on B+M and M+N.

This is pretty close to how it's done http://music-electronics-forum.com/a...75-diagram.jpg except that this diagram has a push/pull split and the lower tone knob is made to apply to the bridge pickup, but that aside it shows how you do the in between positions with a super switch.
