  • SD Liberator and HS Wiring

    Hello,

I'm planing on using a Humbucker (4 Conductor) - Single Coil (2 conductor) setup and 3as wondering if a SD Liberator could be used?

Can it be wired to a 5-way Switch?

    thanks!

Technically, I don't see any reason why not. I have not used a Liberator (I've improvised my own with terminal strips to date) and in an HS the way you are asking, but there's no reason you couldn't. What would you do with the 5-way with an HS setup?

      Well,

      I was thinking on:

      1. Neck
      2. Neck and Bridge (Single Coil)
      3. Neck and Bridge
      4. Bridge Parallel
      5. Bridge

The Liberator will definitely work for HS, but you'll need a Superswitch for those combinations.
