    yes just make sure and use the appropriate wiring codes for each brand.

      Heck,
      I have a Strat with only 2 pickups-a Duncan Jazz Bridge and a Fender '69 in the neck. No middle,
      played together, and they are in phase, the sound is so rich it is hard to stop playing. The Fender w/a slightly dirty boost sounds so powerful, Hendix-like even by it self, and the bridge Duncan with a very slight clean boost is also just powerful, that guitar can get almost any sound I want, +or- a pedal or 3, you should have no problems.
