I was sitting on the bed watching the news at 6:24 PM December 2, 1983 and thought wow....I need another ceramic magnet pup with tons of output and big hex screws, so I took apart a distortion at 9:46 PM the same day and put in two more magets and hex.....then I .....

I needed a pup with a PAF character but smoother with better string to string balance. I decided to stick with blank and leave out blank. In January the next year so and so pup was released.
