Anyone take the cover off of their Seth?

I tried it. Couldn't hear a difference with the neck pickup. Thought the bridge one sounded a little brighter and louder, but may have had it adjusted closer to the strings once the cover was off. Inconclusive I'm afraid.

The covers are back on now.
